Dean Crosby discusses the Edward J. Collins Center for Public Management, specifically its work to help regionalize services in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to help cities and towns save money.

With a solid reputation advising local and state communities, McCormack Graduate School wants to build a national reputation helping all levels of government work better. Concentrating on the people, performance and productivity of government, the Collins Center for Public Managements offers courses in performance management, consults with governments to recruit, train, reward and celebrate outstanding public servants, and, as a principle focus of their work, promotes regionalization of services as an effective use of dwindling tax revenues.
